Your duties:

• Maintaining and helping to administer the IT infrastructure and IT network
• Helping to ensure and improve IT security within the company
• Purchasing and managing IT hardware
• Preparing and commissioning workstations for new starters
• Providing first-level support for users’ IT questions and problems
• Managing resources and software licences
• Evaluating and introducing new software
• Planning and supporting IT projects
• Supporting the digitalisation of business processes

Your profile:

• Vocational qualification in computer science, e.g. in system integration; alternatively, we welcome applications from people with a background in a different industry who have a passion for IT and some initial professional experience
• Good knowledge of Windows client management
• A positive, customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team
• Fluent written and spoken German; good written and spoken English
• A love of teamwork, communication and focusing on providing a service
• The ability to solve problems proactively
• Conscientiousness and an aptitude for working under pressure
• The ability to work independently in an international setting
