Your duties:
- You will be a point of contact for anything to do with recruitment and HR
- You will identify candidates and reach out to them via Facebook, Instagram, Xing, LinkedIn, etc. in a manner appropriate to the target group
- You will manage the recruitment process on your own responsibility and always be on the lookout for innovative media and new outreach channels
- You will write and publish job ads, mainly online but also in print
- You will coordinate and prepare job interviews, conduct phone interviews independently and hold interviews online and in person
- You will help to establish and expand links and partnerships with schools and training providers
- You will appoint new starters (including negotiating and preparing contracts and handling the onboarding process)
- You will assist with day-to-day and strategic HR projects
- You will help with HR admin (preparing employment contracts, references, updating master data, etc.)
- You will provide support in various HR areas, e.g. HR marketing, HR support, HR administration and HR development
Your profile:
- Experience recruiting staff online and via social media desirable
- Initial experience in an HR Officer role
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience or vocational qualifications
- A good feel for people and the requirements of the commercial sector
- The ability to communicate well, work in a team and inspire others
- Good German skills (additional languages an advantage)
